The process began with defining the target group and understanding the context in which a personal development app could be used. This helped clarify what users might need to stay motivated, build habits and integrate self-improvement into everyday life.

Personas and user journeys were used to translate the target group into concrete situations, needs and pain points. Based on these insights, key requirements were defined, such as easy challenge access, visible progress and social motivation through friends.

The app concept was developed around challenges in categories like fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. Features such as a social feed, statistics, chat functions and comparison options were created to make personal development feel more engaging and community-driven.

The final prototype visualized the core structure and main user flows of the app in a simple, clickable format. Since the focus was on the UX process rather than a polished final interface, the design was reviewed and refined based on the defined user needs and overall concept.
